Your e-mail address may be included in a mailing list administered by YidMatch which you can opt-out of at any time. We will not however, disclose your e-mail address to any third parties including other YidMatch members. When you delete your profile, you will no longer receive any communications from YidMatch to your e-mail address.
Your Public Profile: Your viewable profile does not include any of your private information as listed above; except the display name you choose upon registering. You may update your YidMatch display name at any time.
Disclosure of Private Information: Your private information will be disclosed to the proper authorities in the event a warrant is issued in a legal matter. Your private information may be shared with your bank or credit card company only in the event that YidMatch is contacted regarding a dispute or a suspicious charge. Should you become married as a result of using YidMatch, we may ask for your consent in using your name and photo(s) for publication on this site. However, YidMatch will only use such information upon both members' expressed permission.

Disclosure of Other Member's Private Information: Our services include access to instant messaging and chat rooms. As a member you have access to members' user names, and you might gain access to other contact information of other members through the regular use of YidMatch. By accepting our Terms of Service, you agree that, with respect to other members' personally identifiable information that you obtain through YidMatch services, hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for: (a) YidMatch related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, and (b) any other purpose to which such member expressly agrees after complete disclosure of the purpose.
Your Billing Information: When purchasing a subscription using PayPal, all credit card information will be obtained through the PayPal website.
